How much does Explora Journeys cost?

Most cost guides quote a number from a sailing that closed months ago. This one is pulled from Explora's live fares and rebuilt every morning, so it is current. Right now, entry-suite fares run from about $2,170 to $92,625 for two before air and excursions, starting near $228 per person per night. Here is what that buys, what moves the number, and how it compares.

Fares are pulled live from Explora's current pricing and the page is rebuilt daily; figures reflect the 2026-06-13 pull and move with date, suite, and demand, so verify your exact voyage with me before booking. I'm an independent travel advisor of Fora Travel. The price you pay is the same as booking direct, and I add value on top.

Explora's current fares, by region

These are the lowest current entry-suite fares, double occupancy, for each region Explora sails, pulled from today's data. Per person per night is the fairest way to compare luxury lines, since voyages run different lengths. Air and excursions are not in these numbers.

What the fare includes, and what it doesn't

The headline number is not comparable to a mass-market cruise fare, because most of what you would pay extra for on a big ship is already in it. Included: your all-suite, all-oceanfront accommodation, eight of the nine restaurants, unlimited fine wines and premium spirits, specialty coffee, gratuities, and ship-wide Wi-Fi. Outside the fare: airfare, shore excursions, the signature tasting-menu venue, and a handful of premium add-ons. For the first-hand version, I watched my own folio all week to see where the meter actually ran. So when you compare Explora's fare against another luxury line, compare what each one bundles, not just the sticker.

How it compares, honestly

On the headline per-night fare for a comparable entry suite, Explora is usually the value in the luxury tier, which is the whole point of the line. The honest caveat is inclusions. Regent bundles shore excursions and top-fare air, so on a port-heavy itinerary the all-in gap against Explora narrows. Silversea and Seabourn sit closer to Explora's inclusion model at a longer-established, higher-polish price. The right way to read it is not the sticker but the all-in number for your exact dates, suite, and ports, which is the comparison I run before you book. The full head-to-heads live in the comparison hub, and whether the line is worth it for you is in the honest review.

Why I quote the live number, not a band

Explora prices each voyage individually and the fares move every day with demand, season, and suite availability. A guide that prints one number goes stale the week it publishes. I track every Explora fare every day and keep the record, so when you are choosing I can tell you whether a price is genuinely good for its kind, not just what it is today. That is the difference between a number and a read. If you want whether Explora fares drop and when to book, the timing read is its own page.
