About this site and its operator

This website (feldstein.travel) is operated by Justin Feldstein, an independent travel advisor of Fora Travel. Fora Travel is the host travel agency. All bookings made through this site are ultimately processed through Fora Travel under its IATA accreditation.

Affiliation with Explora Journeys and MSC Group

I am not affiliated with Explora Journeys or MSC Group. This is an independent advisor site. I sell Explora Journeys cruises through my Fora Travel affiliation, and I write about Explora Journeys' products because they are the focus of my practice. References to Explora Journeys' ships, suites, voyages, brand, and inclusions are used for descriptive purposes only and constitute nominative fair use.

Explora, Explora Journeys, Explora I through VI, and Ocean State of Mind are trademarks of MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company Holding SA and Explora SA, used here for descriptive reference only. Other cruise lines named on this site — Silversea, Regent Seven Seas, Seabourn, Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection, Four Seasons Yachts, Aman — are trademarks of their respective owners and are referenced descriptively.

How I'm paid, and what that means for you

I'm paid commission by Explora Journeys (and other cruise lines I book) on cruises that complete. The commission comes out of the cruise line's margin, not added to your fare. Booking through me costs you exactly the same as booking direct with the cruise line. There is no advisor surcharge.

What I'm not

I'm not a licensed financial advisor, attorney, or medical professional. Anything on this site is opinion and reporting, not professional advice in any regulated sense.

Privacy

What I collect

When you submit an inquiry form, the Journal subscribe form, or book a call through this site, I collect: your name, your email address, and whatever voyage, suite, or context information you choose to include. Form submissions also capture standard request metadata (IP address, user agent, and referring page) for fraud prevention.

This site uses Plausible Analytics for visitor metrics. Plausible is privacy-respecting by design — it does not use cookies, does not track visitors across sites, does not collect or store IP addresses, and does not require a cookie consent banner. Aggregate, anonymized data only.

What I do with it

Your inquiry information goes into my advisor pipeline (currently Airtable) so I can respond and, if you book, manage your trip. When I forward inquiries to a cruise line for a quote, I share only what's necessary to get the quote — your name, dates, party size, and suite preference. I never share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Email

If you submit an inquiry, book a call, or subscribe to the Journal, you'll receive email from me at [email protected]. Transactional emails (booking confirmations, quote follow-ups) are sent regardless of subscription status. The Journal subscription sends new posts when they publish; you can unsubscribe via the link in any email.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion by emailing [email protected]. California residents have specific rights under the CCPA, and EU/UK residents have specific rights under GDPR — the same email works for all requests. I'll respond within 30 days.

Children

This site and my services are not directed at anyone under 18. I do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted information through this site, email me and I'll delete it.

Terms of use

What's on this site

Content on feldstein.travel is provided for informational purposes about Explora Journeys and other luxury cruise products. Pricing data displayed on the site is sourced from each cruise line's public materials, refreshed daily where automated, and is provided as a reference. Final fares, availability, and inclusions must be confirmed with me or with the cruise line before booking. Prices change, promotions expire, and ships occasionally adjust itineraries on short notice.

What bookings are, and aren't

I am not a cruise line. When you book through me, the actual contract is between you and the cruise line (Explora Journeys or whichever line we book). I act as your advisor in arranging the booking through Fora Travel. The cruise line's own terms, cancellation policy, and conditions of carriage apply to your booking.

Limitation of liability

I do my best to be accurate. Cruise pricing, inclusions, and itineraries are summarized here in good faith from public sources, but I can't guarantee real-time accuracy of every number on every voyage card. Don't book based on a screenshot of this site — book based on a confirmed quote from me or the cruise line.

Use of this site is at your own discretion. Neither Justin Feldstein nor Fora Travel is liable for decisions made solely on the basis of site content without a confirming conversation.

Updates

These terms may be updated as the site grows and as legal requirements change. The "last reviewed" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent material change. Use of this site after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
