The 30-min Explora Pre-flight.
Thirty minutes. By the end of our call, you walk away with five things:
- 01
A named voyage suited to you
Not three options to pick from later. One ship, one date range, one specific Explora voyage that matches what you told me on the call.
- 02
Suite tier with a deck recommendation
Not just "Penthouse" — Deluxe Penthouse on deck 9 aft, with the reasoning. Or whichever specific suite fits the math.
- 03
USD price range, all-in
The actual fare in dollars (not euros), with what's included and what would be extra. No surprise line items at the booking step.
- 04
A 1-page PDF brief, in your inbox within 24 hours
Voyage, suite, price range, recommended pre-cruise hotel if it makes sense, what to know about the embarkation port. So you have something to read or forward — not just call notes.
- 05
A 7-day hold on a suite, if it's a fit
If we land on the right voyage and you want time to think, I can hold the specific suite for a week before deposit. No obligation. If you don't book, it goes back to inventory.
Pick a time
Booking is being wired up this week. Until the live calendar is up, send your preferred time windows to [email protected] and I'll reply with two or three slots that work, usually within a few hours.
Or send your dates and voyage interest via the inquiry form if you'd rather do this async.
What to send me before the call
Optional, but the more I have, the deeper we can go in the 30 minutes:
- A specific voyage URL from explorajourneys.com if one caught your eye
- Date window or "must be in [month]" constraints
- Party size and any age constraints (kids, multi-gen)
- The hotel you stayed at most recently that you genuinely loved — this is the single most useful data point for suite recommendation
- What made you start looking at Explora vs. another luxury line, in one sentence
Email these to [email protected] after booking the slot, or put them in the Cal booking notes.
What this isn't
Not a sales call. I don't pitch. If at the end of the 30 minutes I think Explora isn't the right line for the trip you're describing — Silversea Nova has better itineraries for some shoulder seasons, Regent's all-in scope is the right answer for buyers who want zero decisions on board — I'll say so and route you correctly. Sometimes that means I don't book the trip; that's fine.
Booking through me costs the same as booking direct with the cruise line either way. Commission comes out of their margin, not added to your fare. If I add value, the call is worth your time. If I don't, you've still gotten a real read from someone who's done the homework.
