Nordfjordeid is a small town at the head of the Eidsfjord arm of Nordfjord, western Norway, built around Viking heritage and the Fjord horse. • June to August (the cruise-call months). Typical daytime air in the high 50s to low 60s Fahrenheit, warmest in July near 55F average, cooler in the evening. Long daylight, around 18 to 19 hours near midsummer. Relatively low rainfall for the region, but pack a layer and a shell; fjord weather shifts fast and the water stays cold, around 53 to 58F.
