Getting ashore

The marina wharf is small, so ships generally anchor and tender ashore; from the tender dock it is about an 8 minute walk across the bridge to downtown and the Birthplace of Canada site. The town center and that historic site are easily walkable, but Forillon's cliffs and whales need a transfer, bus, or excursion, so one day means choosing the town or the park, not both at leisure.
