EXPLORA I · Caribbean & Central America

13 nights, Miami to Miami

December 13, 2026 – December 27, 2026 · 13 nights · 10 stops · round-trip

Explora's name for it: An Extended Journey of Island Calm & Coastal Retreats

Thirteen nights, ten Caribbean calls, and a return to Miami where you started: this is a slow lap of the eastern islands with time to actually feel each one. The arc runs from Miami down through the U.S. and British Virgin Islands, the French Antilles, and the small Dutch and independent capitals between them, and the rhythm is unhurried. Several calls are tender-only and small by design: Gustavia in St Barths, which keeps large ships out so the harbor never feels crowded, and Road Bay in Anguilla, where you land straight onto Sandy Ground Beach among the bar shacks. You also get San Juan, where Explora ties up at the Old San Juan piers themselves, so the walled colonial grid and El Morro start a few steps from the gangway, and Terre-de-Haut in the Saintes, a few square kilometers of red-roofed Creole houses where you can time Fort Napoléon first and buy tourment d'amour warm from a harbor stand.

This itinerary rewards a traveler who wants beaches, walkable colonial towns, and easy low-friction days over big-ticket excursions. If your idea of a port day is a single museum-grade sight or a packed tour schedule, look elsewhere: places like Road Town and Cruz Bay are launch points, not destinations, and the real reward is the tender call and the beach beyond. Tender operations at Gustavia and Anguilla also depend on the swell, so flexibility helps.

Explora I is all-suite and all-oceanfront.
