EXPLORA III · Caribbean & Central America

13 nights, Miami to Miami

March 29, 2027 – April 12, 2027 · 13 nights · 10 stops · round-trip

Explora's name for it: An Extended Journey from Vibrant Shores to Spectacular Scenery

Thirteen nights round-trip from Miami, ten stops, and a route that runs the length of the eastern Caribbean before circling back. It is a full itinerary rather than a slow one, so expect a working rhythm of port days. The highlights cluster in places big ships cannot reach: at Cruz Bay on Saint John you anchor off and tender into the only real town, with two-thirds of the island held as national park and the Lind Point Trail running straight to a near-empty Honeymoon Beach. St Barths keeps large ships out entirely, so Gustavia stays uncrowded the way bigger ports do not. In Old San Juan the ship ties up at the Marina Street piers inside the walled colonial quarter, El Morro a walk uphill. And Montserrat's Little Bay puts the ash-buried capital and a steaming volcano dome in view from safe northern vantage points.

This rewards a traveler who wants range and variety and does not mind a steady pace across small French, Spanish, British, and Dutch-flavored islands. Several calls are tender ports where swell, not anything ashore, sets the day, and a few like Road Town and Basseterre are launch points where one excursion fills the time. If you would rather linger in one place or sit through sea days, pick a shorter loop instead.

Explora III is all-suite and all-oceanfront.
