6 nights, Quebec City to New York City

October 15, 2026 – October 22, 2026 · 6 nights · 6 stops

Explora's name for it: A Journey from Eastern Canada to New York’s Atlantic Gateway

Six nights from Quebec City to New York, down the St. Lawrence and along the Atlantic seaboard, with a stop nearly every day. You start tied up at the foot of Quebec's walled Old Town, walking straight off the gangway into 400-year-old streets. From there the route runs through La Baie, where the real event is the ship's own transit up the Saguenay Fjord, the only one in North America navigable by large ships, with the Cap Trinite statue and 400 m headlands as the headline. Then Sept-Iles on the remote Cote-Nord, Sydney on Cape Breton, Halifax with its boardwalk fort and the genuine Titanic gallery, and finally New York.

This one rewards a traveler who likes a steady, port-dense pace and the maritime, Innu, and Acadian texture of the Canadian coast rather than marquee European-style landmarks. Sydney is honest about itself: the thinnest in-town sightseeing of the run, so decide before arrival whether you want Louisbourg or the Cabot Trail and book it. Sept-Iles asks the same, leaning into the Innu story at the Musee Shaputuan instead of hunting for monuments. New York is shaped entirely by your terminal, so confirm Manhattan or Brooklyn before you plan. If you want sea days and slow mornings, look elsewhere. This is a working coastline seen up close.

Explora III is all-suite and all-oceanfront.
