EXPLORA II · Mediterranean & Western Europe

9 nights, Piraeus (Athens) to Fusina (Venice)

March 25, 2027 – April 4, 2027 · 9 nights · 8 stops

Explora's name for it: A Journey of Ancient Rhythms & Timeless Charm

Nine nights, eight stops, one way from Piraeus to Fusina. This is a fast-moving line drawn across the eastern and Adriatic Mediterranean, Greece to Türkiye, then Montenegro and Croatia up to Venice, and it rewards travelers who want a new country every day or two rather than slow lingering. Athens opens it: the Acropolis, the Ancient Agora, and the Plaka lanes cluster within a short walk, so one day covers the essentials. Volos is the rare port where the ship ties up in the heart of town, close enough to walk to a tsipouradiko at lunch, where you order rounds and the kitchen sends a different small seafood plate with each. Kotor is the standout arrival, with the ship threading a deep fjord-like bay for about an hour before the walled town appears, so be on deck for it. Split puts you minutes from Diocletian's Palace, a Roman complex people simply never stopped living in.

Pick this one if you like pace and don't mind a city a day. Skip it if you want sea days and slow mornings, because there are none here. Fusina, the Venice gateway, sits across the lagoon and the water shuttle adds real time at both ends, so the last day starts early or not at all. Mykonos rewards walkers, not bus-tour buyers.

Explora II is all-suite, all-oceanfront.
